Latest communications with O2

Dear Miss Ford

Thank you for your e-mail sent 22 December 2009.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing intermittent problems when connecting to the internet. I can appreciate the frustration this is causing, particularly as you’ve contacted us about this issue in December, without success.

I’ve checked the coverage in your area and I can see that there are no ongoing issues. Please contact me if you experience any further problems.

I’ve passed your positive comments to the customer service adviser who you spoke to. Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your comments.

If you’ve any more questions about this, please call me on 0845 330 0684. I’m available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. Alternatively, the department is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm, and one of my colleagues will be able to help.

Kind regards

Ben Hoole Customer Relations Executive

Your lucky! I got this from O2 on a long £0 balance owing closed account:
"John, I'd like to inform you that we've already applied the necessary
credit to your account to nullify your account"
followed by a debt collector threat spurred on by good ol' Ben Hoole to take me to court for money O2 have twice put in writing as not outstanding of over £1000. In addition Ben is refusing to respond for an explanation of the alleged debt or the contradictory information. He has been worse than useless to me!
