The Producers

Fan-bloody-tastic! What a superb show! Went to London on Saturday with a few friends and, despite it being very, very hot in the theatre, we all absolutely loved it.

The actors were perfect, I particularly loved the character 'Ulla'; a wonderful caricature of a Swedish 'distraction'.

Quick synopsis for those not familiar with the story:

The stage show is based on Mel Brooks’ classic film of the same name and follows the diminishing career prospects of pathetic producer Max Bialystock (Fred Applegate) and his accountant Leo Bloom (John Gordon Sinclair) forcing them to concoct the perfect money making scheme: a premeditated theatrical flop by the name of 'Springtime For Hitler'.
